Is the AI assistant included in the setup?
Yes. The AI is a core part of what Merova provides — not an add-on. Your setup includes access to the assistant, calibration to your tone and workflow, and ongoing support.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. The entire setup is handled by our team. You focus on your clients — we handle everything else. Most of our users are not technical, and that is entirely by design.
Is Merova replacing my client relationships?
Not at all — and that was never the intention. Merova operates behind the scenes. Every draft it produces passes through you before anything reaches a client. The judgment, the taste, the relationship: that remains yours entirely.
Can it adapt to my tone and communication style?
Yes — this is one of the most important parts of the setup process. We spend time understanding how you write, the formality you use, and the nuances of your brand voice before Merova drafts anything in your name.
Is there a trial or pilot phase?
Yes. We currently offer a structured pilot phase to all new clients. It gives you time to experience Merova in your real workflow, with full support, before any longer-term commitment is discussed.
Can you build a deeper, more custom integration?
